FRÖVI Installation Delivery and Aftersales Policy May 2024

This document sets out our policy for our Installation and Delivery service/offering. This document is in line with our Terms and Conditions of Sale that are available on our website.

Installation

It is recommended that FRÖVI installers or fully trained approved teams are used to install our products.

Installation costs are based upon one continuous visit to site with full and unhindered access to the required working space for the whole duration of the installation. Costs are based on a single, standard weekday daytime period, and with all works being Ground Floor to Ground Floor, or with crew having full use of adequately sized elevator facilities should any of the working floors be different to that of loading/unloading level. In the event our products must be carried upstairs, an additional charge will be levied to the Buyer.

Our costs assume the delivery vehicle will be able to unload within 10 meters of the loading bay and be able to park on site with no additional cost. If FRÖVI needs to organise private parking, these costs will be passed on to the Buyer. Any interruption or delay will be subject to FRÖVI passing on the associated costs to our client. If an installation must be split, it will be subject to additional costs which will be passed on.

All installation costs that are quoted to the Buyer are subject to change. If details about an installation deviate, or change after a cost has been provided, FRÖVI reserves the right to amend the quote for the Buyer. FRÖVI also reserves the right to cancel or reject an installation request.

Standard Scheduled Deliveries

FRÖVI offers a free tailgate delivery service Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm to our Buyers selected warehouse in England, Scotland, and Wales. Labour must be provided by the recipient to unload the tailgate. We are unable to assist with unloading the tailgate when it arrives at the location. Deliveries to any other country will be quoted and accommodated on POA basis.

All orders with a value of less than £2000 will incur a small order charge of £50.

Direct Deliveries

Tailgate deliveries direct to site in England, Scotland and Wales can be organised by FRÖVI for a fee.
